In this video we are showing a gravity flow – simple greywater system.
The distribution filter box is installed flush with the ground. Very easy to maintain just unscrew the top cover, pull out the filter clean it and or replace it. The overall unit is durable and can withstand people stepping on the top. Once the greywater flows through this distribution box the filter cleans the greywater and it flows directly out to the Aquifer Pipes buried in the landscape. This design can also be used to distribute tap water (drinking water) to the landscapes.
Residential greywater systems are classified in two main categories.
a) Simple system: Which produce 250 gallon a day or less, and are gravity flow.
b) Complex system: Which produce 251 gallons of greywater and use pressurized emitters.
